The main ARW logo shows the main refinement symbol in an expression which can be read as "A is refined by W in the context R". The background is the Southern Cross, signifying the regional origins of ARW.

The second ARW logo can be used for smaller images, where its larger letters are still readable.

The concept for the design of the logos came from discussions between Martin Schwenke and Trevor Vickers. Implementation of the images was done by Trevor Vickers. The images may be freely used for any purpose related to the ARW. They may be used for other purposes so long as they are accompanied by a reference to the Australasian Refinement Workshops.
