     ARC Discovery grant: “Bistatic Target Detection Using Multiple Illuminators of Opportunity”, $250 K/year for 3 years (jointly with Brian Lovell and John Homer), result pending, 2004.

   ARC Discovery grant: “Electron Density Profiling Using Low Earth Orbiting Satellites”, $307K for 5 years, (jointly with W. Keller), result pending, 2004.

    ARC LIFE grant: “A Signal Simulation Facility for GNSS Receiver Design and Testing” $371 k for one year, (jointly with Chris Rizos, Jinling Wang, Jinho Choi, Kurt K Kubik, Nicholas Victor Shuley),  result pending, 2004.

    UQ ECR Grants: “Bistatic radar imaging using secondary application of GPS signals”, awarded $21 K grant for 1 year (Bijan Mojarrabi).
