James Palmer
I completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical - Hons) /
Bachelor of Arts
(Japanese) in July, 2002 at the University of Queensland and commenced a PhD
in Engineering in August of the same year. My research is focused on the
application of Bistatic Radar for Aircraft Detection, and at this stage is
focused mostly on the Military-based applications. I am also a part-time
tutor.
