We congratulate Dave on the occasion of his PhD graduation ceremony -- complete with a special mention in the speech during the ceremony by Senior Deputy Vice Chancellor Professor Michael Keninger, who said:
"PhD and Fulbright Scholar Dr David Liu used his software engineering expertise in a collaboration with anesthesiologists to design and test displays that may lead to improved monitoring of anaesthetised patients."
