We welcome Cara Stitzlein to CERG as a PhD
student. Cara has come to UQ on a joint IPRS/ARC scholarship.
Cara, a US citizen, did her BS in Psychology at Truman State University in Missouri in 2001 and then her MA in Psychology at George Mason University with the Human Factors and Applied Cognition group. Soon after completing her MA, Cara spent a few years with the Human Factors team at the CSIRO ICT Centre in Sydney, before spending almost a year with Microsoft in Redmond, WA. We are delighted that Cara and her partner liked Australia so much that they decided to return. Cara will be conducting a study in the area of human factors in health informatics, with a special focus on electronic health records. |
