9 November: The results of the Supplementary Prac
Exam are now available. Follow the link to "Marks" in the table below. If you
feel a mistake may have been made in the marking of your exam, just email
comp1500@itee.uq.edu.au. Note, however, that while we are happy to recheck
your marks, the markers are often very generous and this may lead to you getting
less rather than more marks!!
If you sat the supp prac exam because you received less than 15 for the original
prac exam, the maximum grade you can achieve for this course is a 4, unless your
score on the multiple choice exam is such that together with the original prac
exam you score more than 25 out of 50, in which case your score on the supp exam
is ignored and you are eligible for any passing grade. Aside from these
considerations, if you did better in the original prac exam than in the supp,
your score for the original exam will count; however if you did better in the
supp exam than in the original exam, your score for the supp exam will count.

Students who received less than 15/30 for the prac exam, or were unable to attend the prac exam because of illness (and who have a certificate to this effect) are eligible to sit a supplementary prac exam. Details about this exam and how to register for it are given above.
