to the home page of COMS4200 and COMS7200, Computer Networks II.
This course will give an introduction into network programming in C under UNIX. In team-based programming assignments, students will design and implement various transport layer protocol mechanisms, as well as Peer-to-peer protocols. The course further covers a range of advanced Computer Networking topics such as: Network Management, Queuing Theory, Peer-to-peer Computing, and various aspects of Wireless Networks and Network Security.
