The software required for this course (Xilinx 11.4 and digilent adept) is now available for download from the CSSE2000 course website. You will need all program listed on this page except for Aldec ActiveHDL. With the large size of the files it may be better to bring in a USB stick or portable drive to download them locally (On campus download of files will be very fast).

Attention ALL regarding discussions on our news group:

We are happy for you to upload  your solutions (or essential parts of those) to the newsgroup for each other to see as the assessment has passed (not earlier than one full week after).
Under no circumstances should the code you intend to submit for a future project be uploaded however. We encourage you to discuss assessments passed and discuss the future assessments but keep your questions and answers in English, not VHDL. Or if you do have a VHDL specific question you can always use similar code, just don't copy paste from your working project solutions.
