Movies with Audio Commentary

These movies use an older user interface used before the Danno Dashboard was introduced. This interface was based entirely on bookmarklets.

• Creating Shared Annotations with Danno.
  This nine minute video demonstrates how to create shared, public annotations on the Danno server through the Dannotate client bookmarklets. It shows the initial set-up steps, the creation of coarse and fine grained annotations, how to annotate a region of an image, and hoe to reply to annotations. Use of the Danno Repeater is included to show how arbitrary web pages can be annoteted.
   
• Importing Private Pliny Notes into Danno.
  In this seven minute video, we demonstrate the steps in creating personal research notes using the Pliny Note Manager, then making them publically available through the Danno import facility for viewing through the Danno Repeater.
