The University of Queensland, with cooperation and support of ANZ bank, seeks your participation in an on-line survey that studies employees' attitudes and behaviours in relation to their working relationships with their supervisors and co-workers. Your participation in this survey would be greatly appreciated. Please be assured that your answers will be kept strictly confidential. The information that you provide will not be released to your managers or your organisation.
To compensate you for your time and effort in participating in the survey at work, a great chance of winning fantastic prizes will be offered.
When you complete the survey before 31st March 2006, you will gain one entry into a fantastic lucky draw.
