    RENTAL-FCA

RENTAL-FCA is the name we given to a program that "steals" on-line classifieds from the Web: the data is cleaned and normalised. A parser (JavaCC-generated) was used to output a relational database and conceptual scales used to visually query the RDB.

    HiBKB

HiBKB is a Web-based analysis environment based on the HiB (HyperIndex Search Engine) and WebKB . This program has restricted acccess and requires a password. If you want to know more email p.eklund@gu.edu.au or bruza@dstc.edu.au Some Powerpoint slides of HiBKB

    WebKB

WebKB is a Web knowledge annotation toolkit based on conceptual graphs and derived from Philippe Martin's work on CGKat. WebKB allows users to "annotate" Web accessible pages with a knowledge representation language. It also has a comprehensive ontology of concepts and relations and facilities for information and knowledge retrieval.

    WebKB-GE

WebKB-GE is a a Java application developed by Simon Pollitt for editing and constructing conceptual graphs. It comes with a pre-defined onotology. Read about it in WebKB-GE - A Visual Editor for Canonical Conceptual Graphs A. Burrow, S. Pollitt, and P.W.Eklund, Proceedings 6th International Conference on Conceptual Structures, pp. 111-118, LNAI 1453, Springer Verlag, 1998 [100K gzipped postscript file].

LaTeXHTMLFoil f2hs-0.2.tgz is a PERL script written by Simon Pollitt which allows LaTeX in FoilTeX format to convert to HTML for overheads. It is especially designed for presentations. Try it!

FireMaster was an early and useful Java Applet for 2D simulation of a fire front. It has a number of map layers and a history of fire events in the Adelaide Hills. It was developed by Jon Mann at GISCA (The University of Adelaide) with support of an ARC Collaborative Grant with Maptek Pty Ltd [872K gzipped tar file]

    Run FireMaster
