WebKB/WebKB2

WebKB - is a Web knowledge annotation toolkit based on conceptual graphs and derived from Philippe Martin's work on CGKat. WebKB allows users to "annotate" Web accessible pages with a knowledge representation language. It also has a comprehensive ontology of concepts and relations and facilities for information and knowledge retrieval.
