[microblaze-uclinux] uClinux/Microblaze update

Hi folks,

The README file at

http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/ports/microblaze/

has been updated.  The Cygwin/Xygwin toolchain hacking step is now 
automated, so you no longer need a hex editor.  It is now done in one or 
two lines of shell script (details in the README).

Note that (iny my opinion) there are some other good reasons for working 
under standard Cygwin instead of Xygwin, so this may be useful even if 
you aren't ready to go down the uClinux road just yet.

Feedback on your success or otherwise with these procedures is welcomed.
