[microblaze-uclinux] toolchain and updates

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I made some minor updates to the uclinux CVS, and also posted 
a new gcc toolchain.

You will need this new toolchain to work with the latest CVS source - it 
contains a bug fix from Xilinx that is required for the latest code to 
compile.

I try to keep these gcc updates to a minimum, they are thankfully 
getting fewer and further between!
