Let me guess - you've enabled data caching in the kernel, and are still 
using edk3.2?

There was a bug in the EDK3.2 data cache implementation in microblaze. 
Either turn off the data cache (in the kernel configuration) , or 
upgrade to 6.1 and your problems will be solved!
