I have changed the clock frecuency in kernel 
parameters and the result is the same... :(

I think that the problem could be the memory 
configuration of my board. The 2 MBytes memory is 
configured as 512x32 bits. Your memory configuration 
is always in 16 bits words... isn't it??

Could be this configuration a problem, for example, 
in linker script, kernel memory managed, etc...???

Tomorrow i will try to debug the kernel execution...
