The load on cvs.uclinux.org does seem to vary - it usually takes about 5 
to 10 minutes for me to freshen my source tree.

There's no other CVS mirror that I am aweare of - the SnapGear packages 
(www.snapgear.com - under downloads) released every few months contain a 
snapshot of the kernel sources, but since the microblaze kernel is still 
in active and ongoing development, you really need to track CVS at this 
stage.
