the Microblaze uC-linux port started a while back, and Linux was somehow
a new platform (from ISE perspective) at that stage, especially the
parallel port driver used for impact (configuration) was released only
in ISE 6.1 (or 6.2 I'm not sure) but right now you can use Linux only
with the latest EDK/ISE
