[microblaze-uclinux] Minimum Reqts for Microblazer running uclinux?

Will a eval board that has a Spartan-II (XC2S150 150k gates), 
4 Mbytes of flash memory and 16 Mbytes of SDRAM be enough to just
do a basic microblazer uclinux implementation?

Im really just looking to learn so I dont need much power, maybe just
uart communication.
