  It booted!  Switching the isr's around seem to have done the trick, along
with changing the header file to  8 megs of ram.

  I'm getting random lockups, possibly due to the fact we are dealing with
dynamic ram, and the download command in xmd using mdm may or may not be
fully compatible.

  I've also noticed that after booting the kernel once, it can't boot
again. I'm supposing it is overwriting part of itself after the boot
sequence is over.  IIRC that is standard linux kernel stuff.
