No.  Linux is not a real-time OS on any platform.  Real-time means the 
response time to interrupts and events can be upper bounded.

Linux will often be fast enough, but it's still not strictly real-time.

We have done 99% of a port of the RTAI (real-time application interface) 
to the microblaze uClinux kernel.  There's still some bugs in there and 
it's not ready for general use.  We hope to finish it off in the next 
few months, after which it will be freely available for download.
