There's a driver for it in the PPC linux tree - drivers/net/xilinx_gige

You can grab it with bitkeeper, or rsync might be easier for a simple 
snapshot:

$ rsync -avz --delete \
source.mvista.com::linuxppc-2.4/drivers/net/xilinx_gige .

In principle it should be pretty straight forward to bring it into 
uClinux, although it may require a bit of fiddling.
