Not enough for cache anyway, but you can run without cache.

I thing you need a minimum of 8Mbyte RAM to run a decent system
not sure how much RAM is on P160

The TCP/IP stack is implemented in software (in uC-linux) but you need a 
ethernet MAC core (which comes with the EDK software from xilinx)
