[microblaze-uclinux] kernel debug with xmd: old code or cvs?

Hi John and all,

I've been debugging nfs root mount with suzaku. and I'd like to ask
which code base I should work on; old code base or current cvs with
trap handler moved to new place.

does new code works with mb-gdb described in the page below?
http://www.itee.uq.edu.au/~jwilliams/mblaze-uclinux/Documentation/debugging_kernel.html

nfs root problem:

It seems to me that kernel go somewhere in the function
__rpc_execute().  I've hand-traced with printk there.

I've put break point in __rpc_execute() but got useless backtrace.

(gdb) bt
#0  0x00000010 in ?? ()
#1  0x800dbbbc in rpc_execute ()
#2  0x800dbbbc in rpc_execute ()

I suppose kernel stack is trashed already.

if any of you successfully mounted root via nfs, please let me know.

best,
