Not really sure what you're asking here - is this for an existing board, 
or a brand new one?

If it's an existing board, with some previously developed "complex" MHS 
file, then you can just strip it back to basics as required.

If it's a new board, then you can just use XPS to create a simple 
microblaze/mbram/uart system, and go from there.

Am I missing something?
