[microblaze-uclinux] clock scaling
Hi
the avnet links is about how to change freq of an
EXTERNAL PLL (CDC5801), not DCM
changing DCM params is possible with all families that have ICAP
primitive, there are some appnotes that would helpful, but not
anything that would drop in and use.
