I started at 66MHz, but that didn't meet timing, so I added a dcm to
make it 33MHz.  Now that I have a functional system, I'll start
increasing to higher clock speeds and see where timing stops being met.

I also know that my SRAM timing parameters (opb_emc) are much too
conservative.  I plan to speed that up as well.
