Which one of the nuhorizons boards is this ?
wouldn't be this one as it hasn't been released yet.

No virtex4's yet ? Surely a few people would have the boards already ?
The ML401 are available and xilinx has them in stock.
Actually looking for a decent board for myself to use with microblaze etc
