let me re-phrase it.

the libcrypt_old is already in the latest dist. however, you usually
don't need to use it.  the error occurs because a consistancy between
microblaze's config.arch and the build system is broken in the latest
dist.

the previously mentioned patch fix the consistancy in the way that
libcrypt_old is not use unless otherwise specifed.
