RE: [microblaze-uclinux] uClinux on a Spartan3
Hi William,
I haven't done any extensive testing of uClinux on either board yet, as I'm
still trying to get everything built properly. I suspect that I'm very close
now.
The board has 2 RAM chips so that it can present a 32-bit data interface to
the MicroBlaze processor, making maximum use of its I/O bandwidth. (Each RAM
chip has a 16-bit data bus.)

Thanks David, I had seen the Nu Horizons' links and I´m interested
about the HW-AFX-SP3-400-DB board. Anyway, I´m not sure about which of
those boards can support better uClinux than others. Would you tell
me what kind of problems have you had in this board testing uClinux,
and why this board has two RAM chips?
A lot of thanks again.
Regards,
William
