[microblaze-uclinux] keyboard

hi,

I am using microblaze-uclinux.I am trying to add my keyboard device.The keyboard code(keyboard.c & pc_keyb.c ) in the linux-2.4.x/drivers/char are compiling.The pm_register() is used to register the keyboard device.My device gets registered and I tried to print my registered keyboard controller address .Its printing the address of the kbd controller.I added the device as kbd0,c,112,0 in /dev.But when I press the key nothing appears in the console.
