The error was due to the none value in FLASH_MEMORY parameter,
if I replace none with "" in the MLD file the error disappear.
But I continue to see the messages:
No override specified for MAIN_MEMORY
WARNING: No FLASH_MEMORY specified
No override specified for LMB_MEMORY

Probably the TCL script should be adapted to handle the 'none' string.
