[microblaze-uclinux] PS/2 mouse interrupt in /proc/interrupts

Hi all
we r using uClinux OS and microblaze sparten 2E LC development board.

i have defined mouse interrupt as 
#define MOUSE_IRQ 5
in keyboard.h but when the board boots and when i 

check the /proc/interrupts the mouse interrupt is not there in the list of interrupts displayed.

can any one throw light on this...
where would be the problem be....any idea which are the other files i should specify the interrupt
