[microblaze-uclinux] Spartan 3 starter board

Hi im new to all this so please bear with me
Im trying to get uClinux running on this board.
Im assuming this new reference design S3MB1500 still needs to be built with 
the BSP
package. Am I right in saying that both of these need a linux environment 
but  also need to be done in the EDK installation subdirectory (of the 
windows box)? Once this is done I am not quite sure of the uploading step as 
described in your tutorial. I instantiate the microblaze via the JTAG 
cable - from my windows machine, then am I to use the serial cable as 
connected to my
linux machine to upload the uClinux port ?
