[microblaze-uclinux] Best way to include kernel build config in a release?

Hi All,

What's the best way to include your exact kernel/dist build configuration
along with your board release? Is it to make use of the 'make oldconfig'
command somehow, including the 'config.old' file in your release, or
something like that?

What, exactly, does the 'make oldconfig' command do?
