It seems that ram is the limiting factor on this board.  I'm not sure if 
anyone ever posted configuration files or EDK projects for the work that 
they did do, it should be clear from the archives.

Double check your resets and clocks in the MHS file - especially active 
high vs low on resets to various OPB cores, and also the FSL debug 
channel to the microblaze if applicable.  More often than not, it's 
resets or clocks that break my microblaze hardware.
