[microblaze-uclinux] Downloading bitstream to Insight V2MB1000 Revision 3A

Thank you very much for the clarification the the process, John.  I got
the bitstream successfully built.

The platforms page says that some changes in download.cmd and
download_prom.cmd are required for revision 3 of the board.

Since I have revision 3, I'm curious to know before I run the scripts:
what changes are necessary?

P.S. John: I'm working with Ron Minnich on this and he thought you might
like to know that he (or, at this point, technically me) is (finally)
getting to this project.
