I worked with Xilinx late last year to pre-test the mb-gcc in 7.1 with
uClinux kernels - in principle it should work out of the box. However,
I've been doing some tests lately and have seen some issues, so for now
recommend remaining with the edk6.3-based toolchain on my site. Once
this changes I'll let the group know ASAP.
If you want to test it yourself then go right ahead - remove the custom
mb-gcc tools from your path, clean the entire uClinux-dist (including
libs and user apps), and make it. I'd be interested to hear your findings.
Cheers,
John
