[microblaze-uclinux] OPB 16550 UART driver?

Is there an existing Microblaze-uClinux driver that works with Xilinx's OPB
16550 UART?

If not, I've seen suggestions that the best place to start is with serial.c.
It seems there are numerous examples of customized UART drivers, some of
which appear to be derivatives of serial.c and some not. Are there other
suggestions for a better starting point?
