RE: [microblaze-uclinux] Video tutorials now available

Hi Ed,

Russ Sinagra has the master copy and I believe he’ll burn you a copy if you ask. I don’t think they’re available on the Xilinx Web site yet; Russ, is that correct?

David,

I'd love to get a copy of these, as I'm starting to work on

uClinux on MB now.  How big are the files?  Do you know

if they can be obtained internally at Xilinx?

Thanks,

Ed

Hi All,

I was recently video taped at Xilinx Digital Television Studios while presenting a seminar on using uClinux on the MicroBlaze processor to some of our local customers. The seminar was divided into the following 4 “modules”:

1)   Design of a “Web Appliance” using uClinux-on-MicroBlaze in the Spartan3

2)   Debugging a uClinux-on-MicroBlaze design using ChipScope Pro

3)   Debugging a uClinux-on-MicroBlaze design using GDB remotely

4)   Converting a uClinux-on-MicroBlaze design for product release

There is a *.WMV file corresponding to each of the 4 modules listed, above. Additionally, there is a *.PDF file available, which contains the PowerPoint “Notes” pages for the entire presentation. I’ve obtained permission to distribute all of these files at will. I hesitate to post them to the list, as they are quite large, but will gladly send them to anyone upon request.
