[microblaze-uclinux] make dep error

I've found out that If I run the make dep from a root terminal the make dep
comes with the error message I've just send before.

When I run from my account it seems to work properly. I'll leave you informed of
my work progress.

Does anybody could explain me the purpose of the make menuconfig (to setup
mbvanilla_net config) and the puprose of the auto-config.in generate by the
Xilinx toolchain.
