Yes, JFFS2 support is disabled by default.  As you can see, it is very 
noisiy when it boots up.  Google for "jffs2 noisy boot 
microblaze-uclinux" to find an explanation.

Your ifconfig output suggests that you've got the ip address 
192.168.0.101 - it must have got this from somewhere - if not from DHCP 
then where?  Did you run ifconfig manually at the shell prompt perhaps?
