Is this in one of the packaged mb-uclinux platforms off the website, or
one that you have created?
Either way, these must match (and both be correct!).
With the current uClinux-auto tools, CORE_CLOCK_FREQ_HZ still needs to
be set manually, either in XPS or directly in the MSS file. It is used
to calculate the timer interrupt frequency in the linux kernel.
