[microblaze-uclinux] Re: uClinux busybox syslogd

Some additional information:

When I try to start syslogd manually (syslogd -O /var/messages) it  
fails with the error:

"syslogd: Could not connect to socket /dev/log: Read-only file system"

The device /dev/log doesn't exist anyway.  Perhaps I need to enable  
this in the kernel config menu somewhere?
