Something else to check - are you using the fast download FSL connection
between the OPB_MDM and the microblaze? If so:
1. Is XMD reporting it detected, after the "connect" command?
2. Double check the reset polarity and clocking to the FSL link in your
MHS file. After doing the kernel download, can you read back the memory
contents at 0x24000000? Are they correct?
