[microblaze-uclinux] microblaze uclinux kernel won't boot for ml310 dev sboard

I finally got a chance to look at the following and 

for 

30000000: 94208001
30000004: a421fffd
30000008: 9401c001
3000000c: b0003014
30000010: 31a06020  * now here's the diff, Paul hartke said he got 31a02020
30000014: b0003008  * paul got b0003008

Then I did a rrd in xmd and got pc - 30099ad8

Also I notice that on the running prompt that I get after I do dow -data image.bin 0x30000000.  I get 
Running> 
Running> mrd 0x0
target can not perform the operation
