lrz don't
work for me :(. Some times uClinuz freezes. The patches found
in the mailing list don't work.
I'm thinking that there are problems in
my hardware. Is there any restriction in the cache size??....I have
4k for data and 4k for instructions. I'm using EDK 6.3i. Is this
version compatible with the most recent uClinux kernel sources??
I'm
using minicom too. Please post your minicom config.

I've used lrz and lsz with minicom on CentOS3, and it seems to work
fine. This is with most recent uClinux kernel sources.
I had to build and install the zmodem utils on my CentOS box, they
weren't there by default. I also had to configure minicom to know where
to find them, and the parameters to use etc.
I can post my minicom config file if you are interested.
