[microblaze-uclinux] hardware multiplier

 To follow up, in the MicroBlaze manual there is a table of configurable
features in 7.1i manual which has a parameter to disable hardware mult.
However in the 6.3 manual it states only hardware multiplier is
available in the virtex-II etc...
So I guess there's no hardware multiplier in Spartan IIE..
