There is an issue with the controller, and it has been fixed for the DDR
SDRAM controller.  For the interested, the fix is to simply shift any column
address bits above bit 9 left one place more significant. The webcase
contact has submitted a CR against the issue, but I suppose few folks ever
see this issue since most SDRAM don't have more than 10 column address bits.
