[microblaze-uclinux] Openswan on uClinux and MicroBlaze

Hi Everyone,
	I am trying to get openswan (ipsec vpn) going on a ml401 board
running uClinux 2.4 on Microblaze. Ran menuconfig and added openswan under 

user settings ->  network applications -> openswan-apps -> added all

did the usual built, which ran without error but when I tried to execute
some stuff like

# klipsdebug
cat: /proc/net/ipsec_klipsdebug: No such file or directory

I understand stuff like ipsec is script and might not run on the minix shell
that I am running but the above error seems to indicate something might be
missing on the kernel part.
Anyone have prior experience with this or give me some pointers that might
be helpful?
